One question often put to me in forums and on my blog is how to get started selling stuff online. What stuff should I sell online? How to sell stuff online? And "what and who the heck can I believe out of all these dudes trying to sell me their products". The truth is, to get started, you may not need to buy anything but the basics. As you get more advanced there are more in depth courses available for various techniques. For now don't over complicate things and get "analysis paralysis". Let's keep it simple. Starting out you've got two choices: Selling other peoples products or selling your own. If you don't have your own then find a product you like and sell that for a commission. It saves a lot of time researching and creating your own product and if the product sells, there's nothing stopping you creating a better product. It also allows you to build your own list of potential customers.

are two tools I recommend for keyword research. One is Google's keyword tool external and the other is Wordtracker. Google is free. Wordtracker's free and also has an advanced paid version. When you've done this go to Google and type in the search term in phrases (""s). If it has more than 30,000 competing pages just leave it alone for now. Don't make the mistake a lot of people do and just go for high volume traffic. Look for buying keywords.
