1. Test your ads

Your ad groups should have more than one ad for each keyword that you are using in your campaigns. I always suggest a minimum of 3 ads per keyword. The PPC ads do not have to vary dramatically for each keyword but must be keyword rich and slightly different to your other PPC ads. Experiment with special offers, bonuses and marketing messages to attract buyers.

2. Use Multiple Landing pages

You have done the hard part by getting a potential buyer to click on your ad, do not waste the click by having poorly optimized landing pages. Put some thought into which page you will direct the buyer to. I often advise that if you are selling a particular product then link to the product page. There is nothing worse than a buyer clicking the back button because you have directed him to your home page and your product information is not there! People want speed of information, so direct them to exactly what they want to see.
